To enter and be eligible to win a prize, you must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria: (i) be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of Minnesota, Rhode Island, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law) or a legal resident of Canada; (ii) have a valid email address; (iii) be at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside; (iv) use an Android device (version 7.0 or higher) or an iOS device version 16.4 or higher, as applicable; (v) have a single, valid, active, not suspended or banned Mistplay for iPhone user account using version 2.1.0 or higher (or Mistplay for Android user account using version 5.87.0 or higher, as applicable (each, an "Account")); (vi) have or will obtain all necessary valid travel documents and/or identification as required to fulfill the Prize, and (vii) consent that Mistplay will publish your name (first name and last name initial) or username to the public if you are a Potential Winner(s) or a winner and film handing off the cash prize to you in person (where lawful and applicable). Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after commencement of the Sweepstakes Period, was or is a director, officer, agent, representative, consultant, or employee of (i) Mistplay Inc. or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, or service agencies who are directly or indirectly involved in the planning or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sponsor"); (ii) any other individuals or entities engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes, delivery of Prizes, or engaged in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, an employee of our Sweepstakes compliance vendor, travel agency, or law firm assisting with administration or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, ("Sweepstakes Entities")); (b) persons, regardless of where they live, who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent, or spouse of any of the foregoing) of (i) any person in any of the preceding categories or (ii) employees of the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities; (c) persons who reside in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories; (d) any person using an iOS device operating system of 16.3 or lower or an Android device operating system of 6.0 or lower, as applicable; (e) any person who is using Mistplay for Android version 5.86.0 or lower or Mistplay for iPhone version 2.0.4. or lower, as applicable; (f) any person who is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside or is otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes; and (g) any person who has been disqualified for one or more reasons defined in Rule 8 of these Rules.
PERSONS WHO ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND/OR IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AS THEY MAY BE UNABLE TO BOOK THE TRAVEL OFFERED AS A PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER A PRIZE WHEN SUCH DELIVERY IS CAUSED BY YOUR INABILITY TO PROVIDE REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION.
a. Limitations on Number of Entries: Each Account is limited to a cumulative total of 7,000 Entries (each an "Entry" or, collectively, "Entries"), regardless of the method of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Eligible users may enter the Sweepstakes by redeeming loyalty points ("Unit or Point Redemption Method") (See Section 2(b)), submitting an electronic alternative method of entry form ("AMOE") (See Section 2(c)) or, where available, completing certain task-based events ("Task Based Free Method of Entry") (See Section 2(d)). To reiterate, this is a cumulative total of Entries across the Apps.
b. Unit or Point Redemption Method: Users of Mistplay for Android and Mistplay for iOS may redeem in-app virtual loyalty points ("Units" or "Points," respectively) for Entries subject to the rules outlined below in Section 2(b)(i) and (ii). c. Electronic Alternate Method Of Entry (an "Electronic Request"): The cumulative number of entries per Account during the Sweepstakes Period is 7,000 Entries regardless of the method of entry. If you have a current, active Account and are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes, subject to the requirements specified below, you may request an entry by submitting an Electronic Request (without the need to redeem either Units or Points for an Entry). Please ensure your preferred email address has been added to your Account before participating. The email identified in your Electronic Request must match the email associated with your Account. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification. Please click the link to fill out the Electronic Request to confirm you: a) agree to and have read the Rules and the Terms, and b) to provide your full name, the email address associated with your Account, city and state of residence, and age, and c) answer any other required questions. You must click submit to ensure your Electronic Request is received.
Use of the Electronic Request is subject to the following limitations: (i) each Electronic Request must contain all required information; (ii) the email address provided on the Electronic Request form must be associated with your Account (Please ensure that your email address is added to your Account before submitting your Electronic Request. Failure to do so may lead to rejection of your Electronic Request); (iii) Electronic Requests must be submitted from the United States or Canada; (iv) Electronic Request must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period; (v) you must otherwise meet the eligibility criteria discussed above, including, but not limited to, residency requirements; and (vi) AN ACCOUNT IS LIMITED TO FOUR (4) ELECTRONIC REQUESTS PER CALENDAR DAY (vii) EACH REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS APART PER CALENDAR DAY DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, and (viii) TOTAL CUMULATIVE NUMBER OF ENTRIES ACROSS ALL METHODS OF ENTRIES CANNOT EXCEED 7,000. The Sponsor will invalidate any Electronic Requests that they determine have been submitted from the same individual using multiple email addresses or using an auto-clicker or other technology, as this violates the Rules and the Terms. Assuming all requirements have been met, for each Electronic Request received, you will receive 125 Entries to the Sweepstakes draw.
d. Additional Task-Based Free Method of Entry: In some jurisdictions, eligible users may be offered an additional task-based free method of entry, provided you have not already reached the 7,000 cumulative limit on Entries. All Entries earned through this method count towards the cumulative 7,000 limit on all Entries. If you receive a pop-up notification inviting you to participate in this alternative method, you may earn five (5) free Entries by following the steps outlined in that notification. The offer, with the steps or tasks to be completed to earn these Entries, will also be posted in the Limited-Time Events Tray page in the app. Availability of this additional free method of entry is dependent on a variety of factors and therefore will not be available to all users. However, as a reminder, all eligible users may enter the Sweepstakes through the Unit or Point Redemption Method described in Section 2(b) or by submitting the AMOE form described in Section 2(c).
Regardless of jurisdiction there will only be one Sweepstakes Prize (the "Prize") awarded.
One Prize of up to four (4) tickets for an all-inclusive cruise package with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of up to TWENTY THOUSAND US DOLLARS (USD $20,000.00). Actual prize value may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to, the cruise package selected, location of Winner, time of booking, and the date of travel, but the total will not exceed $20,000.00 USD.

The Prize includes up to 4 tickets to a cruise of the Winner's choice however cruise options are limited to those offered by the travel agency, Magical Wishes Travel ("Travel Partner"), who will be handling all aspects of Prize fulfillment following the completion of all Winner verification steps. The Winner must book their Prize with the Travel Partner for a cruise scheduled to depart no later than December 11, 2026 ("Departure Deadline"). All reservations must be finalized no later than June 11, 2026 ("Reservation Deadline"). IF THE WINNER FAILS TO MEET THE DEPARTURE DEADLINE AND/OR THE RESERVATION DEADLINE, PRIZE FULFILLMENT IS UP TO THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER THIS AS FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE. THE SPONSOR WILL THEN MOVE ON TO SELECT AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER(S). All ticketholders must book the same cruise for the same date. For clarity, the Prize cannot be used separately for different cruises on different dates, all tickets must be booked simultaneously.
The Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
As specified in the Terms, with respect to the earning of Units and Points, Winners are solely responsible for any national, state, provincial or other tax obligations that may apply to receipt of the Prize.
The Sweepstakes Period will end on December 11th, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. On December 12th, 2025, the Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) Entry for the Prize (a "Potential Winner(s)") and ten (10) alternate Potential Winner(s) (each an "Alternate Potential Winner(s)") from among all eligible Entries received. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential Winner(s) will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.
The username of the one (1) Potential Winner(s) will be announced through an in-App message, push notification, and by email on December 12th, 2025. PLEASE NOTE Potential Winner(s) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE UNTIL THEY COMPLETE ALL THE REQUIRED STEPS TO BECOME A VERIFIED WINNER AND CLAIM THEIR PRIZE (see Rule 6.f for more information). Push notifications should be enabled on your device.
You've been announced as a Potential Winner(s)—congratulations! But there are still some steps to take before you become a Verified Winner (as defined below) and claim your Prize. Please follow the instructions below on how to do so.
a. Potential Winner(s) Email (the "Sponsor Notice"): On December 12th, 2025, Potential Winner(s) will be contacted both via in-App message and by the email associated with their Account. The email notice sent by the Sponsor will include access to and instructions on how to complete the Claims Page and a summary of required next steps.
b. Sponsor Notice: The Potential Winner(s) must fill out and submit the Claims Page form within the required time period on the form (as further described in Section 6.c. of these Rules). IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE CLAIMS PAGE IN TIME, THE SPONSOR WILL CONSIDER THIS AS FORFEITURE OF YOUR PRIZE. THE SPONSOR WILL THEN MOVE ON TO SELECT AN ALTERNATE Potential Winner(s).
c. Claims Page: The Sponsor Notice will include a link to the Claims Page. This Claims Page must be completed, include accurate information, and be submitted by 12:00 PM ET on Monday, December 15th, 2025. Information to be provided in the Claims Page will include the following minimum requirements:
TIMELY SUBMISSION OF THE COMPLETE CLAIMS PAGE DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE, BUT IT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STAGES OF PRIZE FULFILLMENT REQUIREMENTS MANAGED BY REALTIME MEDIA (THE "SWEEPSTAKES ENTITY") AND THE TRAVEL PARTNER, MAGICAL WISHES TRAVEL.
d. Submission of Additional Information to Sweepstakes Entity: Once the Claims Page has been completed and submitted to the Sponsor, the Potential Winner(s) will be emailed by the Sweepstakes Entity on the Sponsor's behalf. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR THE EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION FROM OUR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITY. This email will include instructions on receiving and completing necessary documentation, including, for example tax documents (if applicable), identification verification documents, marketing release forms, waivers, and any other documents that may be required by our Sweepstakes Entities assisting with Prize fulfillment and Sweepstakes administration. The Potential Winner(s) will be required to complete, execute and return all required documents as determined by the Sweepstakes Entity WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS OF RECEIPT (if that day is a federal statutory holiday or a weekend, by the next business day). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE, AND SPONSOR WILL PROCEED TO RANDOMLY SELECT AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER(S).
e. Failure to Respond: If a Potential Winner(s) is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Rules, declines to accept the Prize, or the Potential Winner(s) has not replied to the Sponsor Notice or emails from Sweepstakes Entity with all information requested, or if a prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited, and, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, the Sponsor will send a notice offering the Prize to an Alternate Potential Winner(s). If none of the Alternate Potential Winner(s) can be verified in accordance with these Rules, the Prize will not be awarded.
f. Identification: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Account Holder, the Entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account. An authorized account holder is the natural person who created and has an active Account with the Sponsor. The Potential Winner(s) may be required to furnish proof of identification and show proof of being the authorized account holder or other proof of identity, as applicable. Failure to provide identification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. The Sponsor may move on to offering the Prize to an Alternate Potential Winner(s).
g. Delivery and Verified Winner: After the Sponsor verifies that the Potential Winner(s) has submitted accurate and complete information on the Claims Page, and accurately completed and returned all documentation to the Sweepstakes Entity, the Sponsor will contact the Potential Winner(s) by the email associated with their Account to confirm that they are now a verified winner ("Verified Winner"). The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason outside of its control. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
h. Once the Sweepstakes Entity has verified the Winner, the Sponsor will share the Winner's information from the completed Claims Page with the Travel Partner to complete the next phase of Prize fulfillment. All aspects of this next phase will be handled by the Travel Partner which will include arranging the booking of all airfare, hotel stay, and cruise passage for the Winner. FAILURE TO RESPOND TO ANY AND ALL COMMUNICATION AND REQUESTS FROM THE TRAVEL PARTNER TO ARRANGE TRAVEL DETAILS AND BOOK THE PRIZE NO LATER THAN JUNE 11, 2026 FOR A CRUISE SCHEDULED TO DEPART NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 11, 2026 WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE, AND THE SPONSOR WILL PROCEED TO RANDOMLY SELECT AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER(S).
i. Acceptance: By accepting the Prize, and completing all the steps above, and becoming a Winner, you understand and agree to granting the Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use your name, voice, records, statements, and images (like photos and videos) for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation and without additional consent, unless prohibited by law. The Winner understands they won't receive payment for this unless the law says otherwise. At the Sponsor's discretion, the Prize will be awarded in person. By accepting the Prize, you acknowledge that the Sponsor has chosen to award you the Prize in person. The Prize award date(s) promoted may be adjusted to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling conflicts.
By entering this Sweepstakes, Account holders (i) acknowledge and represent that they are in full compliance with these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Account holders who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification, and all associated Entries will be void.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion or that of the Sweepstakes Entities, to disqualify any Account holder's registration in the Sweepstakes (and void all associated Entries) or entitlement to the Prize if it is determined or suspected that: (i) the Account holder has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the entry process); (ii) a single person is seeking Entries using multiple Mistplay Accounts, email addresses, or fraudulent identities; (iii) the Account holder is manipulating the Sweepstakes to participate; or (iv) the Account holder is using any other methods to defraud the Sweepstakes. IN ADDITION, IF YOU ENGAGE IN CONDUCT THAT MISTPLAY DETERMINES IS A VIOLATION OF ITS TERMS OF USE, YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY BLOCKED AND YOU MAY BE DEEMED INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY MISTPLAY.
As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes and accepting the Prize described herein, the Winner and his/her agents, executor, estate, and representatives (collectively, "Releasers") agree in writing: (a) to release Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, Travel Partner, suppliers and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents ("Released Parties"), from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of the Winner's participation in the Sweepstakes and use of the Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to any travel or activity Releasers participate in as part of that Prize; (b) that under no circumstances will a Winner be permitted to obtain damages for, and the Winner hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising from its participation in this Sweepstakes and use of the Prize awarded as part of this Sweepstakes; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved according to dispute resolution terms included in the Sponsor's Terms, including but not limited to, resolution of claims individually, without resort to any form of class action, and submission of disputes for arbitration; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will Account holders be entitled to receive attorneys' fees and court costs.
Winner acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Prize (the "Travel Activity") involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, cruise activities, shore excursions, and related services. Winner voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Travel Activity on behalf of themselves and their guests (collectively, "Participants"). Winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Winner represents and warrants that they have the authority to bind their guests to the terms of this provision and that all guests will participate in the Travel Activity at their own risk. Winner shall ensure that all guests acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with the Travel Activity. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUFFERED BY WINNER OR ANY GUEST ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE TRAVEL ACTIVITY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This indemnification shall survive completion of the Travel Activity and shall be binding upon Winner's heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
the Account holders agree that the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for submissions of requests, Entries, or required documentation that are late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible, or incomplete. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of delivery. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the sender. Late, damaged, or incomplete submissions may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Prize may be awarded to an Alternate Potential Winner(s).
The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time if: fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes (such as force majeure events) impair the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO RANDOMLY SELECT THE WINNER FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE, NON-SUSPECT ENTRIES RECEIVED UP TO THE TIME OF SUCH CANCELLATION. The Sponsor will not be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in these Rules.
The Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted. Any attempt by an Account holder or other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may violate criminal and civil laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. d. Méthode supplémentaire de participation gratuite basée sur des tâches : Dans certaines juridictions, les utilisateurs éligibles peuvent se voir proposer une méthode supplémentaire de participation gratuite basée sur des tâches, à condition que vous n'ayez pas déjà atteint la limite cumulative de 7 000 participations. Toutes les participations obtenues grâce à cette méthode sont prises en compte dans la limite cumulative de 7 000 participations. Si vous recevez une notification contextuelle vous invitant à participer à cette méthode alternative, vous pouvez obtenir cinq (5) participations gratuites en suivant les étapes décrites dans cette notification. La disponibilité de cette méthode supplémentaire gratuite pour participer dépend de divers facteurs et ne sera donc pas accessible à tous les utilisateurs. Toutefois, nous vous rappelons que tous les utilisateurs éligibles peuvent participer au concours en utilisant la méthode d'échange d'unités ou de points décrite à la section 2(b) ou en soumettant le formulaire AMOE décrit à la section 2(c).
Quel que soit le territoire, un seul prix (le « Prix ») sera attribué.
Un prix comprenant jusqu'à quatre (4) billets pour une croisière tout compris d'une valeur au détail approximative (« VDA ») pouvant atteindre VINGT MILLE DOLLARS AMÉRICAINS (20 000,00 USD). La valeur réelle du prix peut varier en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, notamment, mais sans s'y limiter, le forfait croisière sélectionné, le lieu de résidence du gagnant, la date de réservation et la date du voyage, mais le montant total ne dépassera pas 20 000,00 USD.

Le prix comprend jusqu'à 4 billets pour une croisière au choix du gagnant. Cependant, les options de croisière sont limitées à celles proposées par l'agence de voyages Magical Wishes Travel (« partenaire de voyage »), qui se chargera de tous les aspects liés à l'attribution du prix une fois toutes les étapes de vérification du gagnant terminées. Le gagnant doit réserver son prix auprès du partenaire de voyage pour une croisière dont le départ est prévu au plus tard le 11 décembre 2026 (« date limite de départ »). Toutes les réservations doivent être finalisées au plus tard le 11 juin 2026 (« date limite de réservation »). SI LE GAGNANT NE RESPECTE PAS LA DATE LIMITE DE DÉPART ET/OU LA DATE LIMITE DE RÉSERVATION, L'ATTRIBUTION DU PRIX EST À LA SEULE DISCRÉTION DU COMMANDITAIRE ET CELUI-CI SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT DE CONSIDÉRER CELA COMME UNE PERTE DU PRIX. LE COMMANDITAIRE PROCÈDERA ALORS À LA SÉLECTION D'UN OU DE PLUSIEURS GAGNANTS POTENTIELS DE REMPLACEMENT. Tous les détenteurs de billets doivent réserver la même croisière pour la même date. Pour plus de clarté, le prix ne peut pas être utilisé séparément pour différentes croisières à des dates différentes, tous les billets doivent être réservés simultanément.
Le prix n'est pas transférable et doit être accepté tel quel, sans substitution d'aucune sorte, sauf par le commanditaire, qui se réserve le droit de remplacer le prix (ou une partie de celui-ci) par un autre prix de valeur équivalente ou supérieure, à sa seule discrétion.
Comme spécifié dans les Conditions générales, en ce qui concerne l'obtention d'Unités et de Points, les Gagnants sont seuls responsables de toute obligation fiscale nationale, régionale, provinciale ou autre pouvant s'appliquer à la réception du Prix.
La Période du Concours prendra fin le 11 décembre 2025 à 23 h 59 HE. Le 12 décembre 2025, le Commanditaire tirera au sort une (1) Participation pour le Prix (un ou plusieurs « Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) ») et dix (10) autre(s) Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) (chacun étant un « autre Gagnant potentiel ») parmi toutes les Participations admissibles reçues. Les chances de gagner le Prix dépendront du nombre total de Participations admissibles reçues pendant la Période du Concours. Le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) feront l'objet d'une vérification de leur admissibilité et de leur respect du Règlement.
Le nom d'utilisateur du premier (1) Gagnant potentiel sera annoncé par le biais d'un message affiché sur l'Application, d'une notification push et par courriel le 12 décembre 2025. VEUILLEZ NOTER QUE LES Gagnants potentiels NE POURRONT RECEVOIR LEUR PRIX AVANT D'AVOIR EFFECTUÉ TOUTES LES DÉMARCHES REQUISES POUR DEVENIR DES GAGNANTS VÉRIFIÉS À MÊME DE RÉCLAMER LEUR PRIX (voir la Règle 6.f pour en savoir plus). Les notifications push doivent être activées sur votre appareil.
Vous avez été désigné Gagnant potentiel; félicitations! Mais il vous reste encore quelques démarches à effectuer avant de devenir Gagnant confirmé (tel que défini ci-dessous) et de réclamer votre Prix. Veuillez suivre les instructions suivantes pour savoir comment faire.
a. Courriel au(x) Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) (l'« Avis du Commanditaire ») : Le 12 décembre 2025, le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) seront contactés par un message affiché sur l'Application et transmis à l'adresse courriel associée à leur Compte. L'avis envoyé par courriel par le Commanditaire comprendra l'accès à la Page de demande et des consignes sur la façon de la remplir, ainsi qu'un résumé des prochaines étapes à suivre.
b. Avis du Commanditaire : Le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) devront remplir et envoyer le formulaire figurant sur la Page de demande dans le délai indiqué sur le formulaire (comme décrit plus en détail à la Règle 6.c. du Règlement). SI VOUS NE REMPLISSEZ PAS ET N'ENVOYEZ PAS LA PAGE DE DEMANDE À TEMPS, LE COMMANDITAIRE CONSIDÉRERA CELA COMME UN ABANDON DE VOTRE PRIX. LE COMMANDITAIRE SÉLECTIONNERA ALORS UN AUTRE OU D'AUTRES GAGNANT(S) POTENTIEL(S).
c. Page de demande : L'Avis du Commanditaire comprendra un lien vers la Page de demande. La Page de demande devra être remplie, inclure des renseignements exacts et être envoyée avant midi HE le lundi 15 décembre 2025. Les renseignements à indiquer sur la Page de demande seront au minimum les suivants :

d. Envoi de renseignements supplémentaires à l'Entité du Concours : Une fois la Page de demande remplie et envoyée au Commanditaire, le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) recevront un courriel qui leur sera adressé par l'Entité du Concours au nom du Commanditaire. VEUILLEZ RESTER À L'AFFÛT DE LA COMMUNICATION EXTERNE DE L'ENTITÉ DU CONCOURS. Ce courriel comprendra des instructions sur la réception et la complétion des documents nécessaires, y compris, par exemple, les documents fiscaux (le cas échéant), les documents d'identification, les formulaires d'autorisation de commercialisation, les décharges et tout autre document pouvant être requis par nos entités chargées du concours pour l'attribution des prix et l'administration du concours. Les gagnants potentiels devront remplir, signer et renvoyer tous les documents requis, tels que déterminés par l'entité organisatrice du concours, DANS LES SOIXANTE-DOUZE (72) HEURES SUIVANT LA RÉCEPTION (si ce jour est un jour férié fédéral ou un week-end, le jour ouvrable suivant). LE NON-RESPECT DE CETTE DÉMARCHE ENTRAÎNERA LA PERTE DU PRIX, ET LE COMMANDITAIRE PROCÉDERA À LA SÉLECTION ALÉATOIRE D'UN AUTRE OU D'AUTRES GAGNANT(S) POTENTIEL(S).
e. Absence de réponse : Si un ou plusieurs Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) sont jugés inadmissibles, non conformes au Règlement ou refusent le Prix, si le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) ne répondent pas à l'Avis du Commanditaire ou aux courriels de l'Entité du Concours en indiquant tous les renseignements demandés, ou si un avis de prix ou un Prix est retourné comme non distribuable, le Prix sera annulé et, s'il le souhaite, le Commanditaire enverra un avis offrant le Prix à un autre ou à d'autres Gagnant(s) potentiel(s). Si aucun des autres Gagnants potentiels ne peut être vérifié conformément au Règlement, le Prix ne sera pas attribué.
f. Identification : En cas de litige concernant l'identité du titulaire d'un Compte, la Participation sera réputée émaner du titulaire autorisé du Compte correspondant à l'adresse courriel associée au Compte. Le titulaire de compte autorisé est la personne physique qui a créé un Compte actif auprès du Commanditaire. Le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) peuvent être tenus de fournir une preuve de leur identité et la preuve qu'ils sont le titulaire autorisé du compte ou une autre preuve d'identification, selon le cas. Le défaut de fournir une preuve d'identité pourra entraîner la disqualification et la perte du Prix. La cas échéant, le Commanditaire pourra décider d'offrir le Prix à un autre ou à d'autres Gagnant(s) potentiel(s).
g. Remise et Gagnant confirmé : Une fois que le Commanditaire aura pu vérifier que le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) ont fourni des renseignements exacts et complets sur la Page de demande, et rempli avec exactitude et retourné toute la documentation requise à l'Entité du Concours, le Commanditaire communiquera avec le ou les Gagnant(s) potentiel(s) par le biais de l'adresse courriel associée à leur Compte pour leur confirmer qu'ils sont désormais des gagnants confirmés (chacun étant un « Gagnant confirmé »). Le Commanditaire ne sera pas tenu responsable des éventuels retards dans l'attribution d'un Prix si ceux-ci sont hors de son contrôle. Aucun Prix non réclamé ne sera attribué.
h. Une fois que l'entité responsable du concours aura vérifié l'identité du gagnant, le commanditaire communiquera les informations du gagnant figurant sur la page de demande remplie au partenaire de voyage afin de passer à la phase suivante de remise du prix. Tous les aspects de cette phase suivante seront pris en charge par le partenaire de voyage, qui se chargera notamment de réserver les billets d'avion, les nuits d'hôtel et la croisière pour le gagnant. LE FAIT DE NE PAS RÉPONDRE À TOUTE COMMUNICATION ET DEMANDE DU PARTENAIRE DE VOYAGE VISANT À ORGANISER LES DÉTAILS DU VOYAGE ET À RÉSERVER LE PRIX AU PLUS TARD LE 11 JUIN 2026 POUR UNE CROISIÈRE PRÉVUE AU PLUS TARD LE 11 DÉCEMBRE 2026 ENTRAÎNERA LA PERTE DU PRIX, ET LE COMMANDITAIRE PROCÈDERA À LA SÉLECTION ALÉATOIRE D'UN OU DE PLUSIEURS GAGNANTS POTENTIELS DE REMPLACEMENT.
i. Acceptation : En acceptant le Prix, en effectuant toutes les démarches énoncées ci-dessus et en devenant dès lors un Gagnant, vous convenez d'accorder au Commanditaire et à ses sociétés affiliées le droit d'utiliser votre nom, votre voix, vos données, vos déclarations et vos images (comme des photos et vidéos) à des fins de marketing et de promotion sans autre dédommagement ou consentement, sauf si la loi l'interdit. Le Gagnant comprend qu'il ne recevra pas de paiement pour cela, sauf si la loi en dispose autrement. À la discrétion du Commanditaire, le Prix sera remis en personne. En acceptant le Prix, vous reconnaissez que le Commanditaire a choisi de vous remettre le Prix en personne. La ou les dates d'attribution des Prix annoncées pourront être ajustées pour tenir compte de l'organisation du voyage et autres obligations.
En participant au Concours, les titulaires de Compte (i) reconnaissent et déclarent qu'ils respectent scrupuleusement le Règlement, et notamment les critères d'admissibilité, et (ii) acceptent d'être liés par le Règlement et les décisions que le Commanditaire prendra, à son entière discrétion, et qui seront définitives et exécutoires à tous égards. Les titulaires de Compte qui ne respectent pas le Règlement pourront être disqualifiés et, le cas échéant, toutes leurs Participations associées au Prix seront annulées.
Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion ou à la discrétion des Entités du Concours, d'annuler l'inscription au Concours de tout titulaire de Compte (et d'annuler toutes les Participations associées) ou son droit à un Prix s'il détermine ou estime que : (i) le titulaire du Compte a tenté de perturber le bon déroulement du Concours en le trafiquant, trichant ou le piratant, en utilisant des méthodes fallacieuses ou par d'autres pratiques de jeu frauduleuses, trompeuses ou déloyales (ce qui inclut toute Participation générée par script, macro, robot, programme automatisé ou par tout autre moyen automatisé ou susceptible de compromettre le processus de participation); (ii) une même personne tente d'obtenir des Participations en utilisant plusieurs Comptes Mistplay ou adresses de courriel, ou de fausses identités; (iii) le titulaire du Compte manipule le Concours pour y participer; ou (iv) le titulaire du Compte utilise une autre méthode pour frauder dans le cadre du Concours. DE PLUS, SI VOUS ADOPTEZ UN COMPORTEMENT QUE MISTPLAY CONSIDÈRE COMME UNE VIOLATION DE SES CONDITIONS D'UTILISATION, VOTRE COMPTE POURRAIT ÊTRE BLOQUÉ DE MANIÈRE TEMPORAIRE OU PERMANENTE ET VOUS POURRIEZ ÊTRE JUGÉ INÉLIGIBLE POUR PARTICIPER AUX CONCOURS ORGANISÉS PAR MISTPLAY.
EXONÉRATION : En tant que condition pour participer à ce concours et accepter le prix décrit dans les présentes, le gagnant et ses agents, exécuteurs testamentaires, héritiers et représentants (collectivement, les « exonérés ») acceptent par écrit : (a) de dégager le Commanditaire, les Entités du Concours, le Partenaire de voyage, les fournisseurs et chacun de leurs dirigeants, administrateurs, employés et mandataires, au titre de toute responsabilité (« Parties exonérées »), de toute perte ou de tout dommage découlant de la participation du Gagnant au Concours et de l'utilisation du prix attribué dans le cadre de ce concours, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, tout voyage ou activité auxquels les parties exonérées participent dans le cadre de ce prix ; (b) qu'en aucun cas un gagnant ne sera autorisé à obtenir des dommages-intérêts et que le gagnant renonce par la présente à tous ses droits de réclamer des dommages-intérêts punitifs, accessoires, consécutifs ou autres résultant de sa participation à ce concours et de l'utilisation du prix attribué dans le cadre de ce concours ; (c) toutes les causes d'action découlant de ou liées à ce concours, ou à tout prix attribué, seront résolues conformément aux conditions de résolution des litiges incluses dans les conditions générales du commanditaire, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la résolution des réclamations à titre individuel, sans recours à aucune forme de recours collectif, et la soumission des litiges à l'arbitrage ; (d) l'ensemble des réclamations, jugements et montants adjugés se limiteront aux frais réels engagés, et en aucun cas les titulaires de Compte ne seront autorisés à recouvrer leurs honoraires d'avocat et frais de justice.
Le gagnant reconnaît et accepte que la participation au prix (l'« activité de voyage ») comporte des risques inhérents, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les risques liés au voyage, aux activités de croisière, aux excursions à terre et aux services connexes. Le gagnant assume volontairement tous les risques liés à l'activité de voyage en son nom et au nom de ses invités (collectivement, les « participants »). Le gagnant accepte d'indemniser, de défendre et de dégager de toute responsabilité les parties exonérées contre toute réclamation, demande, cause d'action, perte, dommage, coût et dépense (y compris les honoraires raisonnables d'avocat) découlant de ou liés à :
Le gagnant déclare et garantit qu'il a le pouvoir de lier ses invités aux conditions de la présente disposition et que tous les invités participeront à l'activité de voyage à leurs propres risques. Le gagnant doit s'assurer que tous les invités reconnaissent et acceptent d'assumer tous les risques associés à l'activité de voyage. LES PARTIES DÉGAGÉES DE TOUTE RESPONSABILITÉ NE SERONT EN AUCUN CAS RESPONSABLES DES BLESSURES, PERTES OU DOMMAGES DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE CE SOIT SUBIS PAR LE GAGNANT OU TOUT INVITÉ DÉCOULANT DE OU LIÉS À L'ACTIVITÉ DE VOYAGE, QU'ILS SOIENT CAUSÉS PAR LA NÉGLIGENCE D'UNE PARTIE DÉGAGÉE DE RESPONSABILITÉ OU AUTRE, SAUF LORSQUE LA LOI L'INTERDIT. Cette indemnisation survivra à la fin de l'activité de voyage et sera contraignante pour les héritiers, exécuteurs testamentaires, administrateurs et ayants droit du gagnant.
les titulaires de Compte conviennent que le Commanditaire et les Entités du Concours ne seront pas responsables des envois de demande, Participations ou documents requis qui sont en retard, perdus, endommagés, volés, mal acheminés, tronqués, brouillés, illisibles ou incomplets La preuve de transmission ne constituera pas une preuve de livraison. Toutes les Participations deviendront la propriété du Commanditaire et ne seront pas retournées à l'expéditeur. Les envois tardifs, endommagés ou incomplets pourront entraîner la perte du Prix, et le Prix pourra dès lors être attribué à un autre ou à d'autres Gagnant(s) potentiel(s).
Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, d'annuler, de modifier ou de suspendre le Concours à tout moment si : une fraude, des défaillances techniques, notamment toute défaillance du serveur réseau ou du matériel, des virus, des bogues, des erreurs de programmation ou toute autre erreur ou cause (comme des événements de force majeure) nuisent à l'administration, à la sécurité, à l'intégrité ou au bon déroulement du Concours. EN CAS D'ANNULATION, LE COMMANDITAIRE SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT, À SA SEULE DISCRÉTION, DE SÉLECTIONNER AU HASARD LE GAGNANT PARMI TOUTES LES PARTICIPATIONS ADMISSIBLES ET NON SUSPECTES REÇUES JUSQU'AU MOMENT DE L'ANNULATION. Le Commanditaire ne sera pas tenu d'attribuer un nombre de prix supérieur au nombre indiqué dans le Règlement.
Le Commanditaire et les Entités du Concours ne garantissent pas que l'accès au Concours sera ininterrompu. Le Commanditaire et les Entités du Concours ne seront pas responsables des problèmes qui pourraient survenir, et notamment des éléments suivants : (a) réseaux, serveurs, satellites, prestataires de services Internet, sites Web, comptes, applications mobiles perdus, interrompus, inaccessibles ou non disponibles, ou autres problèmes de connexion, de disponibilité ou d'accessibilité découlant du Concours ou ayant lieu pendant le Concours; ou (b) communications retournant un message d'échec, transmissions informatiques, téléphoniques ou par câble brouillées, retardées ou mal dirigées, et défaillances, pannes ou problèmes d'équipement ou de logiciel; (c) défaillance des ordinateurs personnels et/ou des configurations logicielles et matérielles, dysfonctionnement, pannes ou problèmes techniques, erreurs d'impression, erreurs administratives, typographiques ou autres en lien avec l'administration du Concours, le traitement des Participations, ou l'offre ou l'annonce d'un Prix ou dans tout document de notification du gagnant; (d) toute autre erreur de quelque nature que ce soit liée au Concours, qu'elle soit humaine, mécanique, administrative, électronique ou technique; (e) saisie incorrecte ou inexacte des renseignements, ou omission de saisir des renseignements en lien avec le Concours; ou (f) dommages au système d'un utilisateur occasionnés par la participation au Concours ou le téléchargement de renseignements nécessaires pour participer au Concours. Le Commanditaire et les Entités du Concours déclinent également toute responsabilité au titre du courrier, des courriels ou des Participations perdus, retardés, tronqués, volés, incomplets, mal acheminés, illisibles, endommagés ou non livrés. UNE PREUVE DE TRANSMISSION (CAPTURE D'ÉCRAN OU AUTRE) NE CONSTITUERA PAS UNE PREUVE DE LIVRAISON.

Toute tentative par un titulaire de Compte ou une autre personne d'endommager délibérément un site Web ou de nuire au bon déroulement du Concours, notamment par le biais d'une réclamation frauduleuse, peut constituer une violation des lois pénales et civiles. En cas de tentative de ce type, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit d'exercer des recours à l'encontre de la personne incriminée et de lui réclamer des dommages-intérêts (dont le recouvrement de ses honoraires d'avocat) dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, ce qui peut aller jusqu'à des poursuites pénales. Les titulaires de Compte qui perpètrent l'un quelconque des actes susmentionnés pourront être disqualifiés (et toutes leurs Participations associées annulées), perdront tout Prix gagné et pourraient être déchus du droit d'utiliser l'Application, temporairement ou indéfiniment. Le fait que le Commanditaire omette d'appliquer une disposition du Règlement ne saurait constituer une renonciation à ladite disposition. VOTRE NON-RESPECT DU RÈGLEMENT OU DES RÈGLES DE CONDUITE STIPULÉES DANS LES CONDITIONS PEUT ENTRAÎNER LA RÉVOCATION DES POINTS DE RÉCOMPENSE, LA SUSPENSION DE VOTRE ACCÈS AUX POINTS DE RÉCOMPENSE ET/OU AUX ÉCHANGES, ET/OU LA SUSPENSION OU LE BLOCAGE PERMANENT DE VOTRE COMPTE OU APPAREIL. VOUS POURREZ RECEVOIR UN AVIS À CET EFFET SI LA LOI L'EXIGE.
En cas de divergence entre les documents promotionnels du Concours et le Règlement (par exemple au niveau des points de vente, dans la publicité télévisée et imprimée, sur les emballages promotionnels et dans les autres médias promotionnels), le Règlement aura préséance.
L'invalidité ou l'inapplicabilité de toute disposition du Règlement n'affectera pas la validité ou l'applicabilité de ses autres dispositions. Si une disposition est invalide ou autrement inapplicable ou illégale, le Règlement restera par ailleurs en vigueur et sera interprété conformément à ses conditions comme si la disposition invalide ou illégale n'y figurait pas. Il convient de noter que les employés du Commanditaire ne sont pas autorisés à révoquer, modifier ou rectifier une disposition du Règlement de quelque manière que ce soit.

Le Commanditaire peut traiter ces données personnelles si cela est nécessaire pour traiter votre Participation, vous aviser si vous gagnez, vous envoyer un Prix, vérifier votre identité, et à des fins de sécurité et de prévention de la fraude. Les données d'identification officielles ne seront traitées que si cela est nécessaire pour vérifier votre admissibilité et votre identité, au titre des obligations de déclaration fiscale, de la sécurité et de la prévention de la fraude, et selon ce que la loi autorise par ailleurs. Veuillez noter que si vous gagnez le Concours, nous pourrons publier certains de vos identifiants personnels (p. ex., votre nom ou votre nom d'utilisateur sur la page des gagnants).
