THESE RULES APPLY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES IS DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS BEING SIMULTANEOUSLY RUN ON THE MISTPLAY MOBILE APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE ON THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND THE APPLE APP STORE (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED AS THE "APPS"). ENTRIES ACROSS BOTH APPS AND ALL REDEMPTION METHODS ARE COUNTED TO A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF 7,000.

THERE IS ONLY TWO $10,000 CASH PRIZES REGARDLESS OF WHICH MISTPLAY APP YOU ARE ACCESSING.

Starts September 12th, 2025, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends September 25th, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").

To enter and be eligible to win a prize, you must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria: (i) be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of Minnesota, Rhode Island, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law); (ii) have a valid email address; (iii) be at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside; (iv) use an Android device (version 7.0 or higher) or an iOS device version 16.4 or higher, as applicable; (v) have a single, valid, active, not suspended or banned Mistplay for iPhone user account using version 2.1.0 or higher (or Mistplay for Android user account using version 5.87.0 or higher, as applicable (each, an "Account")); and (vi) consent that Mistplay will publish your name (first name and last name initial) or username to the public if you are a potential winner or a winner and film handing off the cash prize to you in person (where lawful). Persons who wish to participate in the Sweepstakes are subject to and shall comply with these Rules, the Mistplay Terms of Use for Android at https://www.mistplay.com/legal/terms-of-use or Mistplay for iPhone Terms of Use at https://assets.mistplay.com/assets/iphone/terms-of-use.html, as applicable (the "Terms").

Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after commencement of the Sweepstakes Period, was or is a director, officer, agent, representative, an employee of (i) Mistplay Inc. or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, or service agencies who are directly or indirectly involved in the planning or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sponsor"); (ii) any other individuals or entities engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes or engaged in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes; or (iii) an employee of our sweepstakes compliance vendor, (collectively, with the entities and individuals listed in this subsection (a), the "Sweepstakes Entities"); (b) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent, or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories; (c) any person using an iOS device operating system of 16.3 or lower or an Android device operating system of 6.0 or lower, as applicable; (d) any person who is using a Mistplay App version of 5.86.0 for Android or Mistplay for iPhone version 2.0.9 or lower, as applicable; (e) any person who is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside or is otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes; and (f) any person who has been disqualified for one or more reasons defined in Rule 8 of these Rules.

a. Limitations on Number of Entries: Each Account is limited to a cumulative total of 7,000 Entries, regardless of the entry methods, the Unit Redemption Method, the Point Redemption Method, and the Electronic Alternate Method of Entry described below. To reiterate, this is a cumulative total of Entries across the Apps.

b. Mistplay for Android Unit Redemption Method: Download the Mistplay App from Google Play to your Android device and follow the tutorial to create an Account (if you do not already have one) or log in to your Account. Creating and maintaining an Account is free of charge (Please ensure that your email address is added to your Mistplay Account before participating. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification).

In the "Shop" icon of the App, Account holders may redeem loyalty points referred to as units ("Units") for Entries into the Sweepstakes draw (each an "Entry" or, collectively, "Entries") during the Sweepstakes Period. The following table outlines the Units needed for Sweepstakes Entries and the corresponding number of Entries earned:

Your Unit balance is available upon entry into the App. Open the Mistplay App, select the "Shop" icon at the bottom of the app's homepage. Successful Entries will have the "Approved" status on the "My Rewards" screen. Units are non-refundable after a redemption is made. See Terms for more details. c. Mistplay for iOS Point Redemption Method: Download the Mistplay mobile application from the App Store to your iOS device and follow the tutorial to create an Account (if you do not already have one) or log in to your Account. d. Electronic Alternate Method Of Entry (an "Electronic Request"): The cumulative number of entries per Account during the Sweepstakes Period is 7,000 Entries regardless of the method of entry. AN ACCOUNT IS LIMITED TO FOUR (4) ELECTRONIC REQUESTS, WITH EACH REQUEST SPACED FOUR (4) HOURS APART PER DAY DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. EACH SUCCESSFUL ELECTRONIC REQUEST IS WORTH 125 ENTRIES. If you have a current, active Account and are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes, you may request an entry by submitting the Electronic Request (without the need to redeem either Units or Points for an Entry). Please ensure your preferred email address has been added to your Account before participating. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification. Please click the link to fill out the Electronic Request. You must do the following: confirm you agree to and have read the Rules and the Terms, provide your full name, the email address associated with your Account, city and state of residence, age, answer the required questions, and click on the submit button. EACH SUCCESSFUL ELECTRONIC REQUEST WILL BE DEEMED THE EQUIVALENT OF 125 ENTRIES FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7,000 ENTRIES. AN ACCOUNT IS LIMITED TO FOUR (4) ELECTRONIC REQUESTS PER CALENDAR DAY, WITH EACH REQUEST REQUIRED TO BE SPACED AT LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS APART, DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.

e. Use of the Electronic Request is subject to the following limitations: (i) each Electronic Request must contain all required information; (ii) the email address provided on the Electronic Request form must be associated with your Account (Please ensure that your email address is added to your Account before submitting your Electronic Request. Failure to do so may lead to rejection of your Electronic Request); (iii) Electronic Requests must be submitted from the United States; (iv) Electronic Request must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period; (v) you must otherwise meet the eligibility criteria discussed above, including, but not limited to, residency requirements; and (VI) AN ACCOUNT IS LIMITED TO FOUR (4) ELECTRONIC REQUESTS PER CALENDAR DAY, WITH EACH REQUEST SPACED AT LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS APART PER CALENDAR DAY DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sponsor will invalidate any Electronic Requests that they determine have been submitted from the same individual using multiple email addresses or using an auto-clicker or other technology, as this violates the Rules and the Terms. Assuming all requirements have been met, for each Electronic Request received, you will receive 125 Entries to the Sweepstakes draw, subject to the limitation on the cumulative number of Entries being 7,000 Entries (see Rule 2.a. for more information) and the limitation of four (4) Electronic Requests per calendar day, with each request spaced four (4) hours apart during the Sweepstakes Period.

Two (2) prizes of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS (USD $10,000) for two Verified Winners.

Total Fair Market Value ("FMV") of the Sweepstakes Prize: USD $20,000.00

The Sweepstakes Prize (the "Prize") is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind.

All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, is the Winner's sole responsibility, regardless of whether the Prize is used in whole or in part. All Prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

The Sweepstakes Period will end on September 25th, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. On September 26th, 2025, the Sponsor will randomly draw two (2) Entries for the Prizes (a "Potential Winner") and ten (10) alternate potential winners (each an "Alternate Potential Winner") from among all eligible Entries received. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential Winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.

The username of the two (2) Potential Winners will be announced through an in-App message, push notification, and by email on September 26th, 2025. PLEASE NOTE THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE UNTIL THEY COMPLETE ALL THE REQUIRED STEPS TO BECOME A WINNER AND CLAIM THEIR PRIZE (see Rule 6.f for more information). Push notifications should be enabled on your device.

You've been announced as a Potential Winner—congratulations! But there are still some steps to take before you become a Winner (as defined below) and claim your Prize. Please follow the instructions below on how to do so.

a. Potential Winner Email (the "Sponsor Notice"): On September 26th, 2025, the Potential Winner will be contacted both via in-App message and by the email associated with their Account. The email notice sent by the Sponsor will include access to and instructions on how to complete the Claims Page and a summary of required next steps.

b. Sponsor Notice: By 12:00 PM ET Monday, September 29th, 2025, the Potential Winner must fill out and submit the Claims Page form within the required time period on the form (as further described in Section 6.c. of these Rules). IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE CLAIMS PAGE IN TIME, THE SPONSOR WILL CONSIDER THIS AS FORFEITURE OF YOUR PRIZE. THE SPONSOR WILL THEN MOVE ON TO SELECT AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER.

c. Claims Page: The Sponsor Notice will include a link to the Claims Page. This Claims Page must be completed, include accurate information, and be submitted by 12:00 PM ET on Monday, September 29th, 2025. Information to be provided in the Claims Page will include the following minimum requirements:

1. First and last name;
2. Full Home Address (and if different from the home address mailing address);
3. Mistplay username; and
4. Email associated with the Account.

TIMELY SUBMISSION OF THE COMPLETE CLAIMS PAGE DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE, BUT IT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STAGE OF PRIZE FULFILLMENT REQUIREMENTS MANAGED BY REALTIME MEDIA (THE "SWEEPSTAKES ENTITY").

d. Submission of Additional Information to Sweepstakes Entity: Once the Claims Page has been completed and submitted to the Sponsor, the Potential Winner will be emailed by the Sweepstakes Entity on the Sponsor's behalf. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR THE EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION FROM OUR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITY. This email will include instructions on receiving and completing the necessary tax documentation to claim your Prize. The Sweepstakes Entity will send the relevant tax documentation to be completed by the Potential Winner. Potential Winner will be required to execute and return a W9 form, 1099 tax forms, and other relevant documents determined by the Sweepstakes Entity WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS OF RECEIPT (if that day is a federal statutory holiday or a weekend, by the next business day). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE, AND SPONSOR WILL PROCEED TO RANDOMLY SELECT AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER.

e. Failure to Respond: If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Rules, declines to accept the Prize, or the Potential Winner has not replied to the Sponsor Notice or email from Sweepstakes Entity with all information requested, or if a prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited, and, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, the Sponsor will send a notice offering the Prize to an Alternate Potential Winner. If none of the Alternate Potential Winners can be verified in accordance with these Rules, the Prize will not be awarded.

f. Identification: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the Entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account. An authorized account holder is the natural person who created and has an active Account with the Sponsor. The Potential Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification and show proof of being the authorized account holder or other proof of identity, as applicable. Failure to provide identification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. The Sponsor may move on to offering the Prize to an Alternate Potential Winner.

g. Delivery and Verified Winner: After the Sponsor verifies that the Potential Winner has submitted accurate and complete information on the Claims Page, and accurately completed and returned all documentation to the Sweepstakes Entity, the Sponsor will contact the Potential Winner by the email associated with their Account to confirm that they are now a verified winner ("Verified Winner"). The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason outside of its control. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

h. Acceptance: By accepting the Prize, and completing all the steps above, and becoming a Winner, you understand and agree to granting the Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use your name, voice, records, statements, and images (like photos and videos) for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation and without additional consent, unless prohibited by law. The Winner understands they won't receive payment for this unless the law says otherwise. At the Sponsor's discretion, the Prize will be awarded in person. By accepting the Prize, you acknowledge that the Sponsor will choose to award it to you in person. The Prize award date(s) promoted may be adjusted to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling conflicts.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants (i) acknowledge and represent that they are in full compliance with these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification, and all associated Entries will be void.

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion or that of the Sweepstakes Entities, to disqualify any entrant's registration in the Sweepstakes (and void all associated Entries) or entitlement to the Prize if it is determined or suspected that: (i) the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the entry process); (ii) a single person is seeking Entries using multiple Mistplay Accounts, email addresses, or fraudulent identities; (iii) entrant is manipulating the Sweepstakes to participate; or (iv) entrant is using any other methods to defraud the Sweepstakes. VIOLATING THESE RULES OR THE TERMS OF SERVICE MAY LEAD TO YOU BEING DEEMED INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND TO THE REMOVAL OF UNITS OR POINTS, SUSPENSION OF ACCESS AND REDEMPTIONS, OR THE SUSPENSION OR PERMANENT BLOCKING OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DEVICE.

As a condition of entering, entrants agree in writing: (a) to release Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, suppliers and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any travel or activity related thereto; (b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved according to dispute resolution terms included in the Sponsor's Terms, including but not limited to, resolution of claims individually, without resort to any form of class action, and submission of disputes for arbitration; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will entrants be entitled to receive attorneys' fees and court costs.

Entrants agree that the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for submissions of requests, Entries, or required documentation that are late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible, or incomplete. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of delivery. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the sender. Late, damaged, or incomplete submissions may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Prize may be awarded to an Alternate Potential Winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time if: fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes (such as force majeure events) impair the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO RANDOMLY SELECT THE WINNER FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE, NON-SUSPECT ENTRIES RECEIVED UP TO THE TIME OF SUCH CANCELLATION. The Sponsor will not be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in these Rules.

The Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted. The Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, accounts, mobile applications, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, or the offering or announcement of any prize or in any winner notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or undelivered mail, email, or Entries. PROOF OF TRANSMISSION (SCREENSHOTS, ETC) DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROOF OF DELIVERY.

The construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Sweepstakes Rules, rights, obligations of the entrant and Sponsor shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to New York or any other jurisdiction's conflicts of law principles. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws.

Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may violate criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and all associated Entries will be void), will forfeit any prize won, and may be blocked, temporarily and indefinitely, from using the App. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. VIOLATING THESE RULES OR THE RULES OF CONDUCT WITHIN THE TERMS MAY RESULT IN THE REMOVAL OF REWARD POINTS, SUSPENSION OF ACCESS TO REWARD POINTS AND/OR REDEMPTIONS, AND/OR SUSPENSION OR PERMANENT BLOCKING OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DEVICE. YOU MAY BE GIVEN NOTICE WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.

In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes promotional material and these Rules (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media), these Rules shall prevail.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify, or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules in any manner whatsoever.

By submitting an Entry, participants acknowledge that personal data collected may be processed as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Notice. In connection with your Entry, Sponsor may also collect and process personal data, including personal identifiers, contact information, general location data, inferences (such as game preferences), and user content. Sponsor may collect government ID data, such as a driver's license or social security number.

Sponsor may process this personal data as necessary to process your Entry, notify you if you have won, deliver a prize, verify your identity, and for security and fraud prevention purposes. Government ID data is processed only as necessary to verify your eligibility and identity verification, for tax reporting, security, fraud prevention, and as otherwise permitted by law. Please note, if you win this sweepstakes, we may publicly post some personal identifiers (e.g., by posting your name or username on our winner page).

Unless prohibited by law, and subject to the Rules applicable to this sweepstakes, Sponsor may process personal identifiers, contact information, general location data, inferences (such as game preferences), and user content in connection with profiling and targeted advertising (or data "sharing" under CCPA). Sponsor does not sell or use Government ID data for targeted advertising (or data "sharing" under CCPA).
